If you have unwanted lines appearing on prints and copies, the device may need to be internally cleaned. Use the following procedure, and if the problem persists, please call to arrange a service call.
Step 1 - Open the main panel at the front of the MFP
Step 2 - Remove the waste toner box by moving the green switch to the left, then pulling it out
Step 3 - Detach the green rod found on the inside of the panel
Step 4 - Insert the green rod into the cleaning slot and brush it out a few times
Step 5 - Place the cleaning rod back onto its clip, then re-insert the waste toner box.
Step 6 - Close the main panel and perform a test print
